Warranty

At Levi Jones we are dedicated to providing beautifully designed, high quality vegan Leather bags. 

We make sure to inspect each item before shipping it to its new owner. 

Of course we hope you love your purchased item as much as we do – however if this is not the case and you would like to return your item, please feel free to contact us to arrange an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs). You must indicate your intention to exchange or return any item within 3 days from the day you received your delivery, via email at customerservice@levijonesofficial.com. Once we have received your email and request for a return we will provide you with a “Return number” and the relevant terms and conditions. Items must then be returned within 7 days after receiving your “Return number”. 

All cost associated with shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns can only be accepted if the item is in the original condition with all labels and original packaging fully intact. We cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. Levi Jones will not be responsible if the item is lost in transit and therefore recommends that you send all returns with a track and trace code.

Once we have received your items, we will send out your exchange (if required) or we can give a full refund (excluding shipping costs). We recommend that you use a registered post service to return goods, and keep a record of the tracking details as Levi Jones will not be held liable for the loss of products being returned. 

If a manufacturing fault occurs under normal use (not including general wear and tear) within 6 months of the purchase date, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@levijonesofficial.com. Please make sure to attach a copy of your proof of purchase and a detailed description and picture of the fault. Warranty will not be honored if the item has been mistreated. If proven to be a manufacturing fault the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge with the same or a comparable item. 

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the purchaser’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed by Levi Jones in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on sale items.  

Returning your items

When returning your items please make sure to include:

1 | Your receipt (received via email with your purchase).

2 | Your Return Number 

3 | The return tracking number and shipping information 

4 | Please make sure to return your items in the original package with the original labels attached. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued as described in the description above. 

Any item purchased from Levi Jones that is delivered incorrectly or deemed to be faulty may be eligible for a refund. In order to obtain a refund you must contact customerservice@levijonesofficial.com within 2 days of receiving the item. 

Once the item(s) have been received it will undergo a quality inspection. When cleared you will receive your new item within 7 business days (Europe) and up to 15 business days for international delivery. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement, you will receive an email notification  of a store credit or full refund. 

Please allow at least 14 working days from the day we receive your return for your refund to be credited back into your account.
