Delivery Times & Costs

Your package will be shipped within 1-3 workdays. Please be aware that this can take longer during sale periods or holiday periods when it may take more than 1-5 days for shipments to be processed and dispatched.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

National orders:

Shipping costs for your order are specified on your invoice. Packages will be shipped provided with a track&trace code. This code will be send to you as soon as the package has been posted. Within the Netherlands PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track&trace code. Please note that this information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.

International orders:

Shipping costs for your order are specified on your invoice and based on the destination of your order. Packages will be shipped provided with a track&trace code. This code will be send to you as soon as the package has been posted.

Please make sure when placing your order that you fill in a registerd email address. The track&trace code will be send to you at this email address. Expected shipment time depends on to which country we ship. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the goods. If the duty tax is more than the value of the goods, we will abandon the package.
